Become a Certified Competency-Based Resource Developer!

This specialized training is designed to develop skilled professionals capable of creating CBT&A-based learning resources such as information sheet job sheets, session plans, assessment tools, etc. Ideal for educators, trainers, and content developers who want to enhance their capacity in competency-based training.

 

Training Structure:

  • Live Online Classes: 5 sessions × 2 hours

  • Self-Study & Mentoring Support: 5 hours total

 

Who Can Apply?

  •  Must hold CBT&A Level 4 Certificate (NSDA or BTEB)

  •  Minimum Diploma-level education

  •  Able to type in English and Bangla Unicode

  •  Good computer literacy (MS Word, formatting, Google Docs, etc.)

Pre-course Computer Skill Assessment is required. Give the Test here 
(A score of 80% (8 out of 10) or more is needed to qualify.)

Course Fee & Enrollment Process:

  1. Take the Computer Skill Assessment Test for CLRD. Give the Test here 

  2. Score 80% or above → Proceed to payment.

If you are already highly skilled in computer operation, Bangla Unicode typing, and English typing—this course is not suitable for you. It is designed for those still developing their resource development and documentation skills.
