Position Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance Teacher Trainer to join our dynamic team and help deliver customized, high-impact training sessions for Bangla-medium school teachers. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in teaching, a deep understanding of effective instructional methods, and a strong passion for advancing educational standards within the Bangla-medium school system. As a freelance trainer, you will design and facilitate interactive workshops, offer ongoing coaching to teachers, and play a pivotal role in fostering an enriching learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Deliver Training Programs: Develop and conduct teacher training sessions tailored to the unique needs of Bangla-medium school teachers.
  • Conduct Workshops & Seminars: Lead in-person and online workshops covering essential topics such as teaching strategies, classroom management, assessment techniques, and curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with school leaders and teachers to assess training needs and design personalized professional development plans.
  • Provide Coaching & Mentorship: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to teachers in implementing new teaching strategies and improving their classroom practices.
  • Create Resources: Develop and share teaching materials and resources to support ongoing professional development.
  • Monitor & Evaluate Impact: Track the effectiveness of training sessions and provide constructive feedback to teachers and school leaders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, research, and teaching methodologies to ensure training sessions are aligned with best practices.
  • Promote Collaboration: Create an open environment where teachers can learn from each other and share their experiences and challenges.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in a Bangla-medium school.
  • Proven experience in delivering teacher training, workshops, or professional development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies, including student-centered learning, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla, with proficiency in written and spoken English being an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt training materials to suit the needs of Bangla-medium educators and local educational contexts.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A genuine passion for improving education quality and fostering teacher development.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of the Bangla-medium education system is a plus.
